Prices
The price of the School includes, in addition to the nights and the gala dinner, the meals and coffee breaks from Sunday evening to Friday noon included.
320 € for doctoral students who are not CNRS employees
580 € for employees of the university or of another EPST (except PhD students)
1000 € for employees of the industrial and commercial sector
For CNRS employees, registration is free of charge and transport costs may be covered by the training department of the regional delegation to which the student belongs or by the host laboratory (subject to availability).
Only payments by credit card or CNRS order form are accepted.
Registration

Registrations will be made in the order of arrival of the pre-registrations and within the limit of the places available. A quota of places is reserved for CNRS staff.
Once your pre-registration has been validated, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to complete the registration form and to pay for your registration. You must complete this procedure even if your fees are free. We thank you for completing this second step as soon as possible.
Two payment methods are possible: credit card and purchase order.
Your registration will only be effective when you receive an email with a summary of your order, payment or an invoice at 0€.
Please note that if for any reason you need to register again, it will not be possible to use the same email address as when you first registered.
